Location: Gurgaon
5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international experience required
Weekly Off: Rotational
Cab Facility: Both Side
Languages & Salary
Hebrew – ₹12 LPA
Italian – ₹10 LPA
Dutch – ₹10 LPA
German – ₹7.2 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer success support in one of the above languages.
Communicate effectively with international clients and handle queries with accuracy.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through problem-solving and relationship management.
Work across rotational shifts and support global customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (mandatory).
Language proficiency: B2/C1 certification or above in Hebrew / Italian / German / Dutch.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong grammar with no major pronunciation errors.
Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience.
