We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in .NET Core, React, Cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes, along with a strong grasp of architecture principles, design patterns, and CI/CD practices. This role requires strong leadership, technical guidance, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale, cloud-native full stack applications.
Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core for backend and React.js for frontend development.
Define and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Design and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and automated deployments.
Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Drive the adoption of modern design patterns, architectural frameworks, and development methodologies.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Mentor and guide engineers, conducting technical reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and technologies to enhance system performance and team productivity.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
Strong expertise in .NET Core and C# for backend services.
Advanced proficiency in React.js for modern, responsive web application development.
Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and design patterns.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
