Key Responsibilities:
Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales.
Manage social media messages, comments, and inquiries effectively.
Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and social media to generate new leads.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support the team in basic marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Basic computer and internet knowledge is mandatory.
