Job Description
Lead OTM implementation projects including design, configuration, integration, and deployment.
Drive OTM on-premise to OTM Cloud migration with complete hands-on ownership.
Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.
Perform advanced OTM configurations including workflows, automation agents, planning rules, and agents.
Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategies, data mappings, and cutover plans.
Provide guidance to team members and ensure best practices are implemented.
Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment activities.
Assist with performance tuning, issue resolution, and UAT support.
Collaborate within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end OTM solution design and implementation
Perform hands-on OTM Cloud migration
Troubleshoot complex OTM and integration issues
Provide architectural and strategic recommendations
Align functional and technical requirements with stakeholders
Prepare documentation, configuration details, and migration checklists
Mentor junior team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
