We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in architecture and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience, preferably with International Property Consultants (IPCs), in managing greenfield commercial developments of 3 lakh sq. ft. or more, having successfully handled at least one project from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and MEP consultants to ensure design alignment and technical integration.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and key project stakeholders.
Project Planning: Manage master planning activities and monitor progress using Microsoft Project software.
Reporting & MIS: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients and management.
Site Coordination: Work closely with on-site teams to track progress and resolve project-related challenges.
Meetings & Documentation: Conduct progress and design review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensure timely circulation among all stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality standards.
Preferred Background:
Proven experience in greenfield commercial real estate projects.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools.
