Should be a B. tech or diploma in engineering minimum
Should have minimum THREE year experience in crushing field of any relevant peer group companies . total about 5 years experience in engineering field .
All TA/DA is extra paid by the company.
Monthly travel is about 20 to 22 days in his area .
Travel allowance is by his own car or Taxi . car petrol expenses to be reimbursed @ 8 per km or taxi at actuals.
Preference for candidates having experience in that geographical area
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned area.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
