We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead and manage Commercial Real Estate (CRE) transactions with a focus on office leasing and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, a strong network across developers and landowners, and a proven ability to close complex leasing deals. This role involves P&L ownership, team leadership, and client relationship management within the corporate, CXO, and HNI/UHNI segments.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets as both an individual contributor and team leader.
Acquire and manage corporate and HNI/UHNI clients, providing end-to-end real estate solutions for their office space requirements.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver consistent business results and meet transaction goals.
Map and analyze the city’s commercial markets for continuous demand and supply generation.
Engage regularly through client meetings, site visits, telecalling, and events to maintain a robust deal pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and corporate decision-makers.
Ensure team accountability and create a culture of high performance and ownership.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and market overviews to support business pitches.
Manage transaction management, brokerage operations, and ensure seamless deal execution.
To Apply, You Must Have
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong transaction management and negotiation skills with experience in high-value commercial deals.
Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and foster long-term client relationships.
Deep understanding of local market dynamics, property trends, and leasing processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive consistent performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
10–15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years in client-facing and business development roles.
Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate, IPCs, or related service industries is strongly preferred.
