We are looking for tele counsellor
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
Provide detailed information about Frankfinn's programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Answer questions and address concerns from prospective students and their parents.
Guide students through the enrollment process, including application and admission procedures.
Follow up with potential students to ensure they have all the necessary information and support.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and other performance metrics.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, program updates, and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in counseling, education, marketing, or a related area).
Proven experience in a counseling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their parents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of the aviation, hospitality, and travel management industries is a plus.
Salary Offered :- For fresher 16k in hand- 19500 ctc. For exp- Up to 21k. In hand/ctc same. (no pf Deduction)
Working :- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday )
10 am to 7 pm office hours
Sunday Fixed off
