We are looking for tele counsellor
Responsibilities:
€¢ Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and their parents.
€¢ Provide detailed information about Frankfinn's programs, courses, and career opportunities.
€¢ Answer questions and address concerns from prospective students and their parents.
€¢ Guide students through the enrollment process, including application and admission procedures.
€¢ Follow up with potential students to ensure they have all the necessary information and support.
€¢ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
€¢ Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets and other performance metrics.
€¢ Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
€¢ Stay updated on industry trends, program updates, and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in counseling, education, marketing, or a related area).
€¢ Proven experience in a counseling, telemarketing, or customer service role.
€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
€¢ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their parents.
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
€¢ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
€¢ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
€¢ Knowledge of the aviation, hospitality, and travel management industries is a plus.
Salary Offered :- For fresher 16k in hand- 19500 ctc. For exp- Up to 21k. In hand/ctc same. (no pf Deduction)
Working :- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday )
10 am to 7 pm office hours
Sunday Fixed off
